Arrival & departure
During summer season, arrival and departure days are on Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights

We’re open from April till November and during Christmas
For your group up to 12 people
Select your preferred arrival and departure dates. A booking form will show with the rate. Enjoy the entire home with in total 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 single sofabeds at your disposal.

For your group up to 6 people
Select your preferred arrival and departure dates. A request form will show with the rate. The ground floor with in total 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms are at your disposal. The first floor will be closed off.

Payments
A 50% initial payment is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 3 months before your arrival. We will email you instructions at the appropriate time. If you book within 3 months prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Security deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is damage to the property.
Tourist tax
Tourist Tax is €1.50 per adult per night.
Cancellation
If changes of plan occur and you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to re-let the property. If successful, we will refund your payment in full – minus any expenses on our end which may have been incurred as a result.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms:
- 2 bedrooms have a kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm). 1 of these rooms has an additional 1 person sofabed (90 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm)
First floor
Upstairs you’ll find another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom:
- 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and 1 person sofabed (90 x 200 cm)
