Arrival & departure

During holiday season, arrival and departure days are on Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights

We’re open from April till November and during Christmas

For your group up to 10+2 people

Select your preferred arrival and departure dates. A request form will show with the rate. Enjoy the entire home with in total 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 single sofabeds at your disposal.

For your group up to 6 people

Select your preferred arrival and departure dates. A request form will show with the rate. The ground floor with in total 3 bedrooms, 1 sofabed and 3 en-suite bathrooms are at your disposal. The first floor will be closed off.

Bed linen, bathroom- and pool towels

Payments

A 50% initial payment is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 3 months before your arrival. We will email you instructions at the appropriate time. If you book within 3 months prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Security deposit

We ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is damage to the property.

Tourist tax

Tourist Tax is €1.50 per adult per night.

Cancellation

If changes of plan occur and you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to re-let the property. If successful, we will refund your payment in full – minus any expenses on our end which may have been incurred as a result.
