Patricia Richer has been creating bespoke dining experiences for our guests at Maison Saint-Blaise. With more than 25 years of culinary experience, she has developed a distinctive style that blends the sunny notes of Mediterranean cuisine with the authenticity of local terroir.
Her career began with her first restaurant Le Petit Écran in Sanary-sur-Mer, followed by an international chapter in Costa Rica, where she opened La Terrasse French Cuisine, the country’s first French table d’hôtes. More recently, in the Lot & Garonne, she launched Cuisine Accompagnée: a private dining concept that brings the restaurant directly to the guest.
