My favorite town has to be Monpazier. It’s one of the most well-preserved bastides in the area, and its narrow streets and pretty squares make for a lovely wander. Plus, there are some great restaurants and bars to be found in the town, so you can enjoy a glass of wine or two while you’re there.

The house is located just a short drive from the beautiful medieval town of Monpazier, which is definitely worth a visit. There are also plenty of other charming villages and towns nearby that are worth exploring. We had a great time visiting all of them!
